While that might sound a little mundane, there is a strong spiritual aspect to the dream state that is important to integrate into our waking awareness. As usual, the way I approach this topic is pretty “far out” because that is right in my comfort zone. The methods I have developed have proven to be extremely effective, and I hope that these methods will help you on your journey. Before I get into the details about how to keep your dreamtime secure with “safe-zones,” a small amount of back-story is needed.
Long-time readers will be familiar with past articles like “Never Call Them Archons” and “Shielding Protocols to Keep Ankle Biters Away” as well as older articles where I explain my perceptions of the beings that exist in what I call the energetic realm, also known as the “astral” planes, or 4th density. This energetic realm exists in tandem with our physical world, each having some effect on the other. While there are both benevolent and hostile beings within this realm, the parasitic entities that I call “ankle-biters” are on an entropic, negative, self-serving path that requires them to feed on the energy of others. Specifically, they feed on negative emotions like fear, anger, jealousy, confusion, sorrow, regret, etc.
